Senior Accounting and Financial Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Senior Accounting and Financial Manager to join our expanding healthcare business. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a robust background in Accounting and Financial Management, Credit Control, and Sales Support (Billing) and is capable of working under strict deadlines to produce exceptional results.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage Accounting and financial, Credit Control, and Sales Support (Billing) operations to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and execute effective Accounting and Financial, Credit Control, and Sales Support (Billing) policies and strategies that support the company's growth objectives.

• Inspire and motivate Accounting and Financial, Credit Control, and Sales Support (Billing) teams to achieve outstanding results.

• Create comprehensive Accounting and Financial reports and presentations for the CFO and management team and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Generate performance reports on the Sales Support (Billing), Financial & Accounting, and Credit Control processes for the CFO and management team.

• Work closely with the CFO to establish company goals and strategies for growth.

• Analyze work processes, identify areas for improvement, and create efficient workflow charts to maximize productivity.

• Conduct thorough audits to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

• Oversee the Credit Control team to ensure timely follow-up of debtors, maintain approved credit limits, and implement credit control policies.

• Monitor the accuracy of invoicing, billing, and sales order receipt and ensure timely and accurate bill printing.

• Identify and support the development of rising talent within the Accounting and Financial, Credit Control, and Sales Support (Billing) Departments.

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of success in financial management, control, and credit control.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Extremely detail-oriented with a perfectionist mentality, driven to continuously improve.

• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
